Apart from getting salary on time, you do not have anything to cherish about much, there is absolutely no job security there, no laid out HR policy in place company makes it's own rules as and when required, you might not know when they will ask you to leave without any prior intimation, difficult to on board customers as there would be no support from the team in closing the business. Overall try to avoid it

Its actually good place to work , very friendly staff , on time you can leave at office , all Saturday and Sunday weekoff , you can play games inside

Dislikes

There is no job security, no proper appraisal , no proper KT
