I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

One can have a work life balance here . very much satisfied with the work i am doing with so much transparency . No office politics what so ever . Even the top management is equally involved in day to day activities . Attrition rate is also 1% .

No team work Discrimination Extreme working hrs No motivation or appreciation by senior Not a single minute of break Everything is expected to be done in time and output manner Sundays working in months of july-sep No proper working condition Rude behavior by employers Only 3 holidays a year No overtime given Increment of only rs1500 after 1 yr with all these hard efforts Rigid policies
