This school is a fraud institution. Before joining they ask you for 1 month salary cheque as security. Are you going there to work and to pay them? Then, they make you sign 2 papers. On first paper it is mentioned that : I) security will not be refunded in probabtion period. 2) probation period is for 2 years 3) no paid leaves in probation period 4) no june salary in probation period 5) no increment/ incentives/ appraisals Salary will be dispersed as late as 25th of next month Second paper is a no dues form. it is written: I, ______, hereby declare that there are no pending dues to be cleared by M. m Public school. Can you even imagine what a disaster it could be working here.

...s. No seperate washroom for staff, teachers need to use student washroom in prt. There is no fix timing for salary.

It's the best place to work in. I have spend my best yr. Over there. The principal is really a kind person. 1 can get to learn alot as the school use to conduct alot of workshops.....only a bit of hard work n in reflection u will wonderful opportunities dere....

No job security as dere every1 works in probation....so dere is always a chance to loose ur job.
