Hard working and loyal employees are deprived with the required attention of the Management. Company policies and work culture will have to be put in place. HR Deptt. is rolling out as a puppet. Employee induction, training, outing, felicitation etc. not in place. Job security is at its minimum. Overall experience is below average.
