well first and foremost, i would say the company overall reputation drew me in I've in finance in three year's and m intergraph systems private limited has also ben an industry leader in innovation and community friendly standers. I ve had a few friends and family members who either worked here or with the business and they also raved about the atmosphere of professionalism. i look forward to being in a place that continually demands excellence while still allowing a healthy and positive work

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. i have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night. managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client

I want to express my gratitude to Mint Management for organizing event like Company picnic with cricket match and lot of fun with other games,Training session at mountains and many more every year. A high class training and learning session organized in May 24 month this year at Kumau hills at Sona Pani Muktswar UT for employees with high quality traing session and lot of activities and fun as well,A very important activity was plantation of 100 plants we have done there.The trip we really enjoyed and learnt lot,it will help in development of each individual and better bonding between the team,
