Pay is very less. And too much pressure to complete the targets. Although you get bonus on crossing the targets. Also, the quality checks are over the top.

Working in Minsure company is good and was getting salary on time but being working since 1 year was expected appraisal but didnt get bonus or appraisal or hike...

Toxic work culture. Instead of getting solution, blame game culture and politics is there. Threaten employee in front of everyone. Your positive mindset to get hamper or vanished that there is so much politics where people want to position themself better and management just go favorism basis.

Nothing a like Bescuse they supviser are very rude bheave with staff They try to suppress them. When someone says something to them, they make them a target and harass them.

They give work to their employees as per their wish Not according to his post he is made to work I joined on the post of pharmacist Get me to do some work instead of dispensing medicine. They are making me work sometimes and not according to my work profile. And if I say anything, the supervisor directly threatens to terminate me.
