Management is very bad, they treat employees as labor, They mostly arrange meeting at leaving time, no job security, if you put resignation on notice period, they immediate fire you, and no leave policy, even 15th august 26th January which is national holiday, in the name of corona virus, they deduct salary on leave, and give insurance like they do "Ahsan" on us. Funny thing is that GM takes interview of workers, Manager is just name here, No designation value

M.R. Organisation is a familiar & friendly company from Top to Bottom level Where all staff r same & work together very honestly, with discipline If any person wants to join this Organisation, I m sure that He/She will never disappoint ed Management is Excellent & very much helpful to shortout all the problems & confusion The Product of M.R. Organisation is very good Whoever wants to do job in Production, will never been a looser anywhere Bcoz there is lots of things to do & learn Also in other Department like QC, NPD, Sales, Accounts, Logistics r great to work I really thankful to CEO ( Mayur Sir ) of this Organisation, who gave a chance to do job there Also thanks to Vice President ( Pranali Madam ) for helping Me in every situation & Last but not the least I m very very very thankful to GM ( Rashmi Madam ) who always listen to Me carefully & shortout the confusion Thanks to all
