Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's very directy company . labour class environment even washroom not clear.

All over dislike is too much their is too much politics directors behavior not good all over staff too gd bt director nature is very bad mr jasvinder singh is a directotor in this company. bt he is very bad person he create a politics in office staff .. he wants to seat in office after finish your official timing. and salary gave is every month15-18 between. so please dont do in this company. and their is stability in MR engg works pvt ltd

That was amazing to work with my seniors. All taught and treat me very well. Every day I learn one new thing about my work. Work environment was too good for me although it was near my residential.

Dislikes

I am not satisfied by the salary which the company providing to m.
