This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life.During this COVID situation still now they don't pay my last month salary and also the money of previladge leave.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address junior staff's (like me) issues.

Likes

As a fresher's perspective this company is a must go to one, as yu will learn work ethics & all the other basic knowledge one can gained from the senior staffs which one can not get from any other institute in the same sector.

Dislikes

There is no growth yu can expect in terms of salary or appraisals as those are only good for few people who oil their master/boss & keep themselves around H.O. & one can not have much to enhance his/her skills as there is some selective jobs or duties to do basically a lazy job & nothing much to creative thinking or using brains in that level to make new ideas flourish.

Likes

Few senior teammates are cooperative,,,but maximum choose there brain in profession of politics as there 2nd volunteer work. As the root is far deep as the admin doing the same thing.

Dislikes

There is a lots of politics and the management never listens issues, salary is poor,and career growth is nil. There is 2 years bond to be go through if you want to persue your career here,,,and you are always been abused verbally to throw out of organization anytime they want. Always misbehave to staffs by admin . Very poor experience,,you will feel regret to join pre indepence time situation in this organization.
