But foot licking for those who dont know their jobs and spend useless time and trying to save job. Help is given to people who are interested in learning as work is vast. To learn a particular department inside out takes years. Owner themselves push themselves in work like an employee.

Work is never ending. Good thing is job is secured for 10 years more without looking for job. Positive for workaholics.

No growth in terms of salary or career, company managed by one family,all major position is given to relatives,no proper administration, salary also not on fixed time, very few holidays

A worst or i call it a faltu experience. If you have ability to tasting the owners foot then you are sure welcome there. Not at all a place for an ambitious or career focused individual. One can learn how differentiation, tasting foot and what not, performing a good nauker or a slave can take you ahead in your life and not your hard work or ambition or dedication and knowledge for sure.

Dislikes

There you will be distructed. No any technical person. the person working there for more than 5 years are still as if a fresher. Dictatorship is being followed there and you will only be treated as a SLAVE there.
