Low salary No increment( after 4-5 years u can expect 50 - 300 drhms increment) No job satisfaction ( if U are able to get the job done is less time and fast,Ur not appreciated) No timings12-16 hours a day and don't expect any OT ,no pay - nothing and if U do not work till the work completes - u might also get terminated. No transportation - literary after working such long hours u won't be provided any transport 6 days work and sometimes Sunday also they call for work ,training and all .public holidays are given but not all the times I do not recommend any one to work for this company,but in the higher management if any one is interested they can try as it much better than in mid level management
