Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

They give good salary hike at a time of joining. Also work from home. Salary on time.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

They don't have work flow continues. Then you should be work with other department. Less job security. If you have family / Home loan, then you should be strictly avoid this organization. You need to speek multiple stakeholders for get you own work, otherwise you will lose job. Also I got noticed, because I don't have work now.

Horrible experience. Managers are bias .especially harjot singh .if you are under him life will turn hell .No worklife and personal life balance. Employees are forced to work on festivals. Leaves are sanctioned only for tenured employees.

Job security is there but... There is complete mismanagement, they are taking work but they do know how to manage and get the work done as there is no proper planning and work is not equally distributed
