I hope you don't ever have to join this company. But if you have decided to join it then you have to aware for your own safety and security. The 3rd generation owner of the family business Rashid Ansari and the manager of the firm Ubaid Ansari, have made females of the team use a washroom with one-way glass, which means in the evening when you turn on the light inside the washroom, everything will be visible to the people outside. Also, there is another carpet firm across that washroom window, so 6-7 ladies have faced this without their knowledge. Once we got to know and complaint about it.. instead of acknowledging their mistakes; both were like "nothing is visible during daytime, and people are using that washroom from 15-20 years. No one has complaint." There was no notice in and around washroom that if you turn the light on everything will be visible outside. Also, few people were terminated for pointing out their flaws. They are not open to critics, and very rigid people with no common sense. They think they can never make a mistake, and you can not expect an apology from them no matter how serious the situation is. So, in no circumstances I would recommend anyone to work here. Rashid Ansari hire people from reputed institutes like NIFT but doesn't want responsibility and accountability to provide safe workplace as an employer. If you are joining this you will not even get your national holidays like 15 Aug and 2nd Oct, and there will be no compensatory leave as well. If safe washroom at workplace is not in their dictionary, then I don't think they care about your safety at any point. Also, as a women you will feel objectified in this company. Only people with no morals or value can survive here.

The company is one of the worst ever. No benefits and nothing. They are so result oriented that they fire an employee of their just after a month of his performance, and that happens for almost everyone who is hired unless you are a female employee which will give you a lot of credentials and you can have a longer run with a lot of benefits as long as you are willing to co-operate with the owner who by the a way is a huge male nymph.
