But what's equally appalling is the staff's unprofessional behavior, which has added to the woes of this already dysfunctional organization. The lack of teamwork, collaboration, and communication has created a culture of silos, where individuals are more focused on protecting their turf than working towards a common goal. The absence of accountability, transparency, and integrity has enabled a culture of gossip, rumor-mongering, and backstabbing to thrive, making it a nightmare to deal with this company.
