...e grow. Top management don't even wants to hear anything against these people. No salary slips, you'll never get on time salary, what you will receive is salary in part value. No other benefits like PF you have to pay for your amt and from company side as well. They will never give you reliving letter at least not before 6 month and salary (no chance) They don't have any kind of transition procedure. You have to keep following your top management for a year at least. You will receive your offer letter with one of their company at the same time your salary would credit with other name.. So if anyone interested, making yourself fool go ahead and join them.

Leaders are approachable. They try to promote a healthy work culture. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Moving targets. Favouritism & toxic work culture within the team. You get your performance feedback (which is always negative) during appraisals only to catch you off gaurd and nerf your growth. Skills and talent are not recognised. Value system is also influenced by favouritism. Growth depends if clients are aggressive or cool. Un-realistic performance expectations from SEO e.g., quick rankings and huge traffic growth within 1-2 months. Questions are punished (in a cold manner) and "yes sir" is expected. Top management also relies on middle level management opinions which is biased.

they just trust the new hires they only listen to you but they dont make it happen, when you request something they ll say yes and later say no and blame you if something goes wrong i really dont recommend the Bangalore office to work in.
