Salaries never paid on time!! You have to beg for your salary to be paid each month. Senior management needs to get off from their high horse and see the ground reality of working culture. There is no work life balance and junior resources are taken for granted across the teams You will have to be available to work even when you’re sick or on vacation

Pathetic company, Worst work environment. Wish I could file a police complaint against them! Literally ruined my Career. And not even mine but I know many who are sufdwring because of them. Ceo of this company is a total fraud. All the big position guys working under him are completely influenced by him. They abuse, they act brutal and also threaten you.

I like the work culture is awesome , TL approves wfh whenever we required without asking questions, team is so nice and always ready to help.

Well no dislikes but yes there should be some free time activities should be available like table tennis , snockers etc instead of pc for playing games(Just a suggestion)

No work life balance what so ever. You're at the mercy of your manager for approvals which comes down to personal preference. Work isn't distributed homogeneously. Rude behavior of superiors towards their subordinates isn't pointed out by the upper management. Unrealistic deadlines are promised to the client so as to retain them and it all comes down to people sacrificing their work life balance. People are fired like anything.

It's a very open, fun, and entertaining work environment. Sometimes the work gets too much, the employees compensate it with partying harder.

Dislikes

Sometimes the performance and contribution of an employee might be overlooked due to the managers, which is common in any company. The founder makes a lot of efforts to ensure things like these don't happen.
