Salary , expenses is on time, they never delayed or stopped salary or either expenses, this thing i like much of company Job security is there Manager supportive, management also supportive,do fair and clear sales in the market

...s,but that's okay compare to other numbers of pharmaceuticals company in india 1) salary increment not on time some years skipped 2)No Post promotion 3)No training 4) PF & ESI ( i m not including as dislikes as number of company in pharmaceutical doesn't give pf/esi), best part they not stopping your salary or expenses, they give on time, no delay.

Dislikes

First of all I find this dislike here. The company does not deduct my PF. The second thing is that we have neither term insurance nor health insurance. Daily allowance is very less here. It is very difficult to manage.

It doesn't have job security, only come up with your enhance performance every time to be in the company

Dislikes

Doesn't give proper training to freshers or experience , don't give pf or esic, and also incentives or bonus. Increament is not on time.
