Formulation development department one manager chitra, don't have knowlege on developing drug product. Suppose the trial to complete in 10, she will make to trial 120 and final pilot fail. I don't why bothra sir not concentrating this part. Every year, how she is getting promotion because of R&D head ER sir. Is she is not there, the productivity and profitability will be double.

Bothra sir should ask feedback on chitra about her working to all except R&D head.whether money getting waste because of her ego or not, so that bothra sir can understand about chitra. There lot of money getting wasted because of her ego. I was working since 2 years, I saw that there lot of money getting wasted. She come everyday late and sit on the meeting room alone and chatting with family members and leaving at 6.30. bothra sir should see the CCTV footage so that he can understand.

No Job security. Higher managent people including owner are threatning the employee.very very worst culture. Feeling as jail.heavy workload. HR policy very very worst. No job security. Any time they can terminate employment. do not prefer this comany, dont join in this company.No one is honest and truthfull to magement. All deparment heads are buttering or acting to owner /management to retain their job. And cheating the management. Management not bevelive/trust anybody.

Formulation develomennt(FD) deparment is dominating other deparment.FD scientist are getting good hike / increment than that of other department. FD head act as Monopolic role.

Good culture, Learning and good exposure is there. There is no hierarchy issue you can talk and meet any time with management. For leaning good place.

good career growth, Innovation, There is no place for politics, More transparency.
