...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.
Good work environment and culture. Taemmates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good.
I would like to address some concerns
1. Lack of flexibility - theres no provision for WFH which could be beneficial for employee productivity and work- life balance.
2. Blame culture - often, issues or delays are blamed on junior staff, particularly singling out specific individuals.this creates a negative work environment and effect morale.
3. Unrealistic Expectations - there is an expectation for one person to handle everything which is neither feasible nor fair.
4.Six Days working - the six day working schedule and effect employee well being and productivity. Five day working would be more beneficial & promote a healthier work life balance.
5.Excessive pressure - there is excessive pressure on junior staff , including recieving calls from.office & customers after working hours.this disrupt personal.life and mental.health, leading to burnout and decreased productivity.
6.Commitment fulfilment - commitments are frequently not met,especially when it comes tp financial matter.there is no clear process and employees are often held accountable.for issues that are not within in scope. Ex, Marketing persons are responsible for task like payments which should be handled by accounts team.
7. Lack of documentation - there is no proper documentation or process management. All work is done informally like a traditional.ledger system..this lack of structure and clarity increases confusion and workload as well as responsibility gor non related departments.
