...the other thing is always making it hard for employees to provide ideal support. - Let's talk about Salary and Bonus. LET'S NOT TALK ABOUT IT. There is none. Agreeing to heavy bonus instead of getting a percentage increase in Salary at the time of negotiation will haunt you for the rest of your days. - It is a nightmare for Indian team. - Company will not pay for the maintenance of the devices. You have to incur the expenses for all the repair after they initially provide you with system. -There is no structure in the organization on achieving better efficiency and resource utilization.

There is not absolutely nothing to like about this Company . Worst Company Culture and Worst Company to be part of it .

Dislikes

They will offer you Year end bonus which will never comes because you will be replaced . A Big mistake for an employee to accept or interview this 3rd Class Company . Worst Environment in Support Department .
