Worst place to work and if you don't want to live then please go and join the Lyfius Pharma Pvt Ltd ( Arabindo groups ) 1. If you want to work, there is no need of family ( think like you are only one living and your family is dead or diversed)

It is worst place to work, 1. All employees should come to office in bus, but employees timing 9:00 am to 5:60 pm and bus time 8:00 am to 7:30 pm ( every employee fears to log out before 7:00 pm) 2. Group culture and zero skill workers 3. Salery came on time but yearly medicine policy mandatory cutting from our sales (for 2.5 lakhs per year policy around 25 thousand will be debited yearly) 4. Living standard is too high in nearby towns ( salery is not sufficient to live ) 5. Reference is mandatory for both join and doing the job 6. If your previously salery is 55000 then you only get 50000 take home in this company 7. Local please are not allowed to work as company employee 8. How many Times we complain about food, it will never change ( worst food )

Here the work environment is very worst and that too HR department is to worst to provide any assistance and regarding attendance the company need to change it administration

There is no safety for the employees who are working in process blocks they are not even providing minimum ppe to employes if we ask for shoes for that we have to submit a letter from our in charge

Hr policies One person will do work and atleast five persons will follow up the status. Poor safety gadgets and ppe provided. But management points out lower cadre for proper safety handling. No interdepartment communication needs provided Security disrespectful behaviour towards employee Lot of gaps between various departments. Mis use and malfunction of costly instruments. No trainings or peptalks from managers
