Totally wrost company... if u already settled in life.. just time pass will go this company and get salary.. otherwise nothing there in it.. even though loan also u don't get..

Nothing good to point out. Suitable for 35+ aged employees, They can sit and earn without any effort

...or learning and development. Not suitable for freshers and other young bloods. Very importantly no appraisal, those people are earning same salary for more than 4years.

...out Lycatel. Its better not to join here unless you are in definite need of Job. If they are paying you high package than expected, then you can join and work for 2 yrs. You can't stay more than that because there won't be any yearly appraisal here.

The manager very smartly threw out several people during pandemic just to secure his job! Thoo-thoo Bobby is good for nothing! He couldn't even crack a new job for himself in last 3 years and several attempts! Appalling work conditions at present in Lycafly gurgaon office!

Don't get trapped into their luring salary/insentive schemes, the manager is an illiterate and thick headed person who thinks he can outsmart anyone! No job guarantee, and repeated salary delays too, and don't expect any solution from thoo-thoo Bobby! No incentives have been paid for over 2 years, although majority of staff is achieving over GBP 10,000 profit consecutively every month for atleast a year!
