It is a good company to start a career. Managers are close and friendly. but it's all depends on the the team we are in. Dress code and timings are not strict as long as we complete our work. Gates are always open to learn new things but self interest do matter. Taking Leaves and permissions will be smooth and not questioned much. Again it's all upto our team and manager. Here we can learn and grow faster if we have will to learn since projects and other major works will be assigned to us at a short span of time which won't be possible in many organizations. Very less work during night shift.

Dislikes

... adopt new technologies, pace of it is slow. But I hope it'll get better soon. Salary slab is low as compared to many companies but if we perform well, they will try to retain us with good salary. Work pressure will be there and sometimes we may be required to stay and do work more than shift timing. But again it depends on the team we are in.

Nothing much to highlight the working culture. If you say , every Friday they will provide the snacks. Less job security

Dislikes

Please don't ever ever join lycatech, if incase joined unknowingly if you heard you are working under lycafly project better don't ever join. Both manager and TL are unfit with this position and they are surviving based on the luck. Tons of micro management are there. You can be unemployed too despite joining the lycafly project

Wonderful environment and if we provide any new ideas the Mangement person will accept and appreciate and if you want you can learn all the sides of telecom. I love to work in this organization

Before a year they were good in their growth,but after investing all the money in lyca production they loosed the concentration on lyca mobile no appraisal for 2 years ,no replacement for resigned employees,worst management, Waste of time working here
