I hate it here.

You name it. People get fired without intimidation. They dont deposit PF. They add bonus in CTC but you never get it. Attendance is managed and checked by CEO’s wife. Accounts guy runs with bucket of water behind people in power. FnF does not happen. You serve notice for 90 days if you resign. Admin person is the puppet of some people. Run, i was here because i had no where else to go. Don't join. Run

Most worst company ever existed. No policies whatsoever. Don't ever try to join this company, your life would be hell for sure.

Everything, working, work life balance, pay scale. Don't ever think of joining this third graded company.

Stupid work timings No appraisal No work from home [Even if there is an emergency] No over time benefits A place for lazy people who are least bothered about career growth. You might get kicked out any day.

No Job security No work life balance Heads shoe licking employees will get all benefits No Recognition HR team came to employees and begged for review because of which employees has given 5 star ratings, else this management is not even worth for 1 star rating

The only good thing is they will fire you or you will be asked to leave without reason. So that you will get a chance to write something about company in social sites like ambitionbox, Glassdoor etc. There is no politics in this company because HR will be create policies accordingly in favour of the company not in favour of people. they changed the meaning of the HR.

Dislikes

There is no job benefits, no culture, no job security. HR is the CDO, CDO is just for name sake. CDO have his own busy which operates from the same office, he doesn't know anything about work. Every year they fire 10 people that is the minimum target. While joining you will be asked to pros about company in Glassdoor forcefully, since their rating is 1.3. The current CDO worked some reputed companies like UNINOR, SPICE, etc, those get closed in span of less times, now it's left to you to understand yourselves. technical manager have very good knowledge where he doesn't know the difference between VPN & VNC. He has a very good knowledge in cloud also, he wants CDN to be installed in local physical server(India) and contents get to delivered in UK and other countries. All projects has been given to third parties for development, you will be hired just for name sake, so you won't learn anything. My suggestion is don't join. I don't recommend. If you still wanted to join, then be ready to suffer.
