...safety. Product sales Team leader's are like they are the owner of this company. I request you to please take less salary somewhere else but don't go to this company

Flexible work timing, job security is good in operation team but in sales team depending on target reach only, work culture is good , nice cafeteria, office maintenance is also good, Managment is corporate with the employees in few criteria. No appraisal no bonus.

No appreciation from management.....company policies fluctuate according employees to employees there is no equality in the organization lot of politics salary decent gives more work in less pay. During covid salary cut down is too high.

Good Opportunity if you want to get your first breakthrough as a fresher. Easy to approach Seniors and get their guidance. You will get ownership of your work. No logging - logout timing officially more focus on work get to be done.

Dislikes

No goodies. You will get a good increment if you have an offer in your hand even you can get a half-yearly increment in that case.
