... Range of Projects in different areas & languages. Active Assistance & Guidance. Good Payrate of the Projects. Good Organization to Learn new Technologies. If you are looking for regular job in the organization then pay is too low as per standards if you're experienced. For freshers it will be good around 20k- 24k as it will be a good learning opportunity in the future technology. Work will be 9 hours 5 days a week on their headquarters means onsite location no remote or hybrid.

...w you can aspect 3 to 4 projects either task based or small within 3 - 6 months. Payments: In smaller or task based projects are instantly transferred by online wallet. (Not more than 15 days) But in some data annotation related projects it will take time. Obviously because first worker will work on project then submit it then it goes to LXT.AI then to client. After client's validation or approval of the work payment is released if client is not satisfied then after rework or a review payments will be released. (At least 30 days or more ) Don't worry their may be delay in payments but for sure they'll pay you on time if rework is not asked by the client. Also just be in contact with your project manager or the team if you need any clarification or have any doubts. You can trust them LXT.AI & reputated organization.
