...any rules attach to IT company, cause it is a child company of Pharma company. HR put their own rules, mainly holidays we need to follow UK holidays and salary for Indian standards. During such situations, employees need to come office whether they are positive or not. I have an experience that I had been set 2 days with Covid Positive person and then he go for test and got the positive report. Curfew time also they think like, employees need to come to the office we dont know what you gone through must have to come to the office.

No process flow. Infrastructure is pathetic. No proper sitting arrangements. No AC. Mobile use is prohibited. Most of the websites are blocked, even the ones that are required for code samples.

Every IT person who goes to Luxsh will not like the work culture there, there is no proper work flow, employees in Luxsh don't have any work on there desk they just have to site idol for the whole day. Partiality done inside team. Will not recommend any one to join Luxsh.
