Lutron is a good organisation to start as a fresher. Job security is very good.

...d work. The moment you start doing good work, the more they will give you tasks. They will start giving you additional responsibilities without increase in salary. They have also taking down flexibility. Senior people with 2-3 yrs of experience in the company all are trying to get out as Lutron does not pay you as per market standards.

Likes

Good work life balance and salary is never delayed. Simple and straightforward CTC structure that only includes employee contribution. Medical, employer PF contribution and bonuses are above CTC.

Dislikes

Low base salary, work is unique in a bad way that adversely affects exit opportunities.

Actually people are good and the inner culture without the involvement of management and upper hierarchy.

Dislikes

One the worst and toxic people at the company is Mr. Sarvesh Chahal. He is leading few teams but his attitude and way of working is horrible. People fear him for his strictness and don't love him for his work. Always noticing, always pointing like a nursery teacher.
