Luthra Group offer a good working culture, Salaries are consistently paid on time and the company future looks very promising. HR people are helpful, specially Parimal Jariwala. He is incredibly supportive guiding employees from onboarding to offboarding and even assisting with personal matters like finding accommodation. His extensive knowledge of company policies ensure a smooth experiences for all employees.

Work life balance can be better. Many projects are onboard so I hope in future it can be improved.

Total lala company.no professionalism Politics at high.no recognition..only 12 pass will lead you or Highly Egoistic leaders.toxic culture.. pathetic and horrible situations in their plants ..no guarantee of your life.no job security.. pathetic HR with no ears and eyes.

Nothing to like, it's the wrost company to work for, the pole didn't have minus rating so was forced to rate it lala company 1 star, even this they don't deserve.

Everthing, from the Managing Director to the HOD's all are incompetent and abusive towards all the staff - discrimination, politics, mental torture, etc everything you will get to see here. One of their employees had a minor heart attack due to the daily abuse from the Management team-just a small example of their excellent work culture. The MD-DGL (Mr. Dhruv Girish Luthra) is a 12th fail student and is still leading this company, which is both shocking and laughable. Anyone thinking to join please think twice, as you will never be able to forget such a horrible experience of working here. The attrition rate here is beyond 80% which says a lot about the environment and the stupid leadership team. They fire people according to the Management teams mood and requirements. No fix working hours and office is really far from the city so working hours are almost 14-15 hours considering the traveling time and the overtime. Please take care of your mental health and stay away from this lala company. The employee working there since long are only those who are not getting jobs anywhere else as they are school dropouts and people who failed in college. No qualified people stay in the organization beyond few months, after that, they look out for jobs, and run out of this horrible place called Luthra Group.
