Luthra Group offer a good working culture, Salaries are consistently paid on time and the company future looks very promising. HR people are helpful, specially Parimal Jariwala. He is incredibly supportive guiding employees from onboarding to offboarding and even assisting with personal matters like finding accommodation. His extensive knowledge of company policies ensure a smooth experiences for all employees.

Dislikes

Work life balance can be better. Many projects are onboard so I hope in future it can be improved.

It was a great working out there as I joined as piping Engineer and later I got exposure in project management, contract management, vendors management and single handed project completion opportunity. In 2.5 years of my service I enjoyed the culture and support from my seniors and all the higher management. Specially I would like to thanks Senior Manager HR water division Mr. Parimal Jariwala Who supported me while my tenure of work and after leaving the organisation too... He always supported with all the mental stresses in personal and in professional criteria. He is a good leader in his portfolio with a friendly aura

DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY ,IF JOINING THEN YOU ARE RUINING YOUR CAREER AND PERSONAL LIFE. Unprofessionalism, Employee harrasment, No freedom , tiring emotionally No healthy environment, have to deal with very hazardous chemical gases, waste dusts. The management hire you by giving any post , but work allotted is junior engineer type. ONE OF THE BEST EXAMPLE TO NOT TO JOIN ANY ORGANIZATION. NO GROWTH. YOUR CAREER WILL GET STAGNANT ONCE YOU JOIN THIS COMPANY, THINK 1000 TIMES BEFORE JOINING THIS COMPANY. OFTEN & CONTINUOUS TRAVELLING. Severe Work Pressure which is illogical and unnecessary. No Travelling DA, Third class hotel arrangement at site.which results in lot of health issues. Don't believe their commitments whichever done during interviews. Famous company for non-fulfilling commitments. Everybody is searching job outside this company everyday. Your life will be hell if you join this company.
