This company do not give salary properly and MD is worst character There one Reception Manger MAlai Rajan is very wrost person in the company. And security is very poor. This place is not safety for girls starting from watchman room till reception.

Completely unprofessional company. Management don't pay salary on time, sometimes it's pending for more than 2-3 months. HR is useless, dont have any descicive power. Company don't provide minimum lab activity materials. They create huge trouble during resignation or getting releiving letter. They cheat employees during clearance of last month salary or PF money besides all formalities completed by risigning employee. There are huge number of ex-Luminol (or any of it's sister concern) employees who did not even got cleared their last 2-3 month salary and PF money. I would strongly suggest never join this company or any of it's sister concern: Microtherapeutic Research lab, VOXTUR Clinical Research, KMS Clinical Research.
