Mr Amit Bajaj is the 3rd class worst HOD in the marketing department . Don't join Marketing department.No proper timing of work, Amit Bajaj is also influence HR Policy.He should resign from the Lumino Industries Limited.He told that "HR ko bol ke nikal dunga". No proper training is given. If a person join as a trainee then it takes some time to learn new things but they don't provide time. I think it's LA LA Company not Limited Company. Amit Bajaj ka piche lath marna chahiye.HR policy is not Good.

Every employee should have good manners, specially top management. Employee output should be verified step by step not only on top boss. Safety management should be stronger specially for site execution. Inactive, black mailers, inefficient employee first indentify then throw from the company.

Boss oiling more than responsibility, very poor in safety. Salary and job not satisfactory i.r.o designation, no employee salary scale. Staff should forget his family if he joined in lumino company specially at site.

Bachelor accommodation provided by company is good. Salary within 7th of every month.

Bad culture, Not maintaining quality in work. Upper level managemet not cooperative. Appraisal sytem is not good. Bad politics. Overall worst-ever experience.

HR policies are worst, no one cares about employee's problems , worst leave policy and management is closed group of same community makes you feel you are outsider. No week off , work even on sundays.
