...ous shift patterns which only benefits them & their projects but not employees No benefits of like incentives but salary is on time No promotions & appraisal for hardworking employees but only favouritism is there No job security they can remove you anytime as its depends on their EGO level No skills development & learning as they consider & treat experienced supervisory level employees as an agent No work satisfaction due to favouritism , No self respect , No preference for week offs & shifts and No immidiate approvals for leave even if you will apply leaves in advance There is No culture in this company as HR is not aware about the Comp offs , Paid leaves , General Leaves of their own organisation Its like employees should only manage because they dont have any knowledge.
