Firstly this company give very low salary. Salary increment not satisfaction because it increment only like 500 to 700 rupees in salary. Company taking project like that we have to work on holidays also like 2 Oct, festival holidays, 1 May. When we apply for leave leader told as work extra for 2 to 3 days. Now that is enough from my side

Its a normal company to get some minimum salary and knowledge as temporary. The level of growth is not improved after 4 years also. Need to think about future and join with the company.
