...care about employees and they don't have transparency about stocks availability. Salary is the main issue don't know when it will come. They uses their employees as tissue paper.

Its a startup with limited number of employee, hence everybody is well networked with each other

Dislikes

No employee engagement, zero work flexibility during covid, salary is not paid on time, and dues (like travel, business expenses) are not reimbursed. Not open to new idea and are very averse to any change in status quo.
