I cannot remind myself of single thing I can say that I like about working at lumen.

Dislikes

It's a complete biased and dictatorship environment with zero acknowledgement of employee work and there is lots of politics in this company.. I would never recommend anyone to work here, once you join you will be stuck in a loop of negative environment.

i enjoyed the opportunities for learning, especially in handling vendor negotiation and inventory management , which strengthened my decision making skill, overall , my work experience was good, i learned lot.

Dislikes

i enjoyed my work ,but i was looking for more exposure in purchase and in advanced procurement . which is why i am excited about this opportunity.

There's nothing to like as it's only sales and targets to achieve

Dislikes

Bad work experience and no training for employees into sales and chairman is always mocking and shouting and yelling. Groupism and more girls working so uncomfortable for men as girls gossip and bad manners. People talk whatever they want to and being in majority can't speak as groupism takes place. No respect for profession and salary less than a peon. Cannot speak out here as the chairman dose not want to loose long term employees who like to stick to chair and demand work from new employees. Too much of pressure and products are highly priced when there's branded products at affordable prices for vendors but here you need to sell till you go to hell. In simple words there are better jobs out there so don't waste your precious time if you are looking for success and want to see your self in a better position in future.
