...earned from youtube and online. Salary is too less compare to other companies just gave 7-8% hike per year( meethi goli) && 10% is of variable pay in which they gave 50-60% after completion of one year. Only good for married people && female candidates who wants just chill and time pass

...nagement from upper management. Will recognise your efforts when it is too late. Lot of internal politics and compensation is very low for the work you do. Career growth opportunities are very less. Managers and HRs do false promises.

Not as good as it was earlier before merging with Level 3 Communications. As of now the economics conditions are not good, No Job security, Salary is good but no appraisal since last 2 years, Work life balance depends on project, If person are average in technology/knowledge then forget about surviving, good place for learning.

Hiring and Firing technology, they create rumor to calm down employees before taking any action of firing, Suffer offshore people if anythings happen negatively.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Good work environment. work-life balance. Free cab if you are shift is after 12:00PM.

...y has given 0% hike and average bonus amount. No Transparency with management. Comparing to Other product based telecom company like AT&T and verizon, salary is below market level. No Work from home option.
