Employee exploitation is not there, however work load is there. People are understanding and helpful. Leaves are given based on yearly balances no questions asked. Everybody is respected and honoured, juniors and seniors both alike. You can grow in the company based what you bring to the table. Also quick Hire and quick Fire policy is there. You will be pruned if found slacking.

Work from home culture but recent days they are planning to come up in the office

1.No proper planning for every releases they think about the development perspective only not in the quality without this planning final quality team will suffer it out. 2. Sometime you have to work on weekends due to this work life balance is not there 3.No team outing even no celebration also 4. No comp off if you work on weekends.

No proper documentation available for the product and no one gives correct guidelines for the work. Also there's miscommunication between the exact working they promised in the interview.

No proper release planning; unrealistic deadlines 14-16 hours of workload; work pressure is to high Initially promised for permanent WFH and without giving time all members are asked to report in office. Not trustable

Excellent place to work with the best of co-workers who are very smart and helpful whenever we need them. The best part of the company is there is no micro-management by the seniors like what did you do today, how much time you spent on these tasks, nothing as such that I have seen at many places. There is a real growth opportunity here where you work on product development directly.
