You have to do Multi task which creates problem in professionalism. Not good increament for low budget salary.

legal, internal audit deprtment is pathetic; minimum 10 people have left their jobs because of boss (AVP) who has no leadership quality just plays bad politics and make employees develop anonymity with one another

Dislikes

Full of politics; Terrible growth environment as boss always keeps his favorite close even when they know nothing; no work opportunities even when you mention you like to take up that work they will keep you away from it lower you down; pathetic atmosphere; no facilities AC not working properly no good canteen; full and final was not given complete to me; they issue laptop and its like you have to work monday to sunday;
