Lumax is a brand group among automotive world technology and OEM's have faith to lumax . Culture is good & managment is supportive . Should be recommeded .

There is nothing to dislike here but i can say salary structure is littile bit low among all indistries.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Late hour working. Old people do polytics Over work load so dont take leave. Don't leave office on time. Local transporter not work properly. Vehicle not arrange time. If you demand or take action against him. They give threat and attack on employees out side of company. Senior management not support . Labour union in company so also labour person do polytics.
