I was working there for more than 2 year .There is no working culture...lots of politics running in the plant...Antonio Mascia was the main culprit & he was very arrogant & pathetic person & same management ruined the people who were working hard for the company... There were always crisis between operators and managment. Hard working employees are always ignored. Company product & technology was world class but plant always kept unstable due to some selfish peoples bad management.

Dislikes

Very bad experience in LCAT ... Lumax other plants are very good but LCAT was the black spot on Lumax Group.
