...maha ghatiya organization basically it is not a organization it is lal ki dukan. No salary on time salary bhi cash me dete hai or salary bhi debit kr dete hai. Hr ko kuch bolo to dhamki deta hai. Or koi working culture nhai hai na koi system hai. Lala or senior management gali bakte hai subordinate staff ko Honestly koi kaam nh kar sakta only jo fraud karega wahi survive kr skta hai.... Mera genuine openion hai unemployed hona behter hai ye lala ki dukan me survive krne se to.

If you are dishonest, then you can learn many tricks and frauds from the management. How to cheat on materials, supply, salaries, reimbursement etc. etc.

The policy of the company. There is no weekly leave and the management can call you any time to discuss. No work on pay. In fact no pay if the management can skip. I was hired during the lockdown and spent at home working for the company. So, 1st month there was fund issue. so no payment, 2nd month on the salary day the management sent forms to fill in for TDS. So, no pay as all calculation pending. 3rd month, there was 20% salary and no pending balance of earlier month.
