Salary not on time. Internal politics. If you are a family person and belong to a middle-class family, then never make the mistake of coming here. Because these people do not respect the staff. They deduct the staff's money or hold their salary for any reason. Every month they do not have funds at the time of salary. Salary is always after 15th. The rules change according to the head decisions, and the rules apply only for junior staff. Om sir, who is the head of accounts, tries to become the head of all the departments; instead of paying attention to accounts, he pays more attention to torturing the staff. If you try to complain of any head to another head's, then all the heads together will prove you guilty. The working system of a vegetable and grocery shop is very better than the working system of Luk. If there is any problem in any work, then these people put all the blame on the junior staff, and if you try to explain, then these people say you are arguing. No matter how much good work you do, these people will demotivate you instead of appreciating you. By joining here, you will only get stress.

Management team is worst, company people will fire you without any issues, management doesn't care about employees physical and mental health, they changed the rules and regulations in seconds if they don't like any employee, if you raise ur voice justice then you finished, if you want to work u need to be a kath putli, this people are so selfish, they will do brainwash to get done the work from you and then they will throw you out of the company. Please beware of the company management.

I left Luk plastcon in August 2020, company won't support in any situation , and they don't consider employee condition .Worst experience of my life.

No job security, Luk plastcon removes any employee at any time without any reason.They do not care about their employees.

It's not a good company if you want to waste your time and carrier then you can join. Work life and management is worst.
