Terrible place to work. Your hard work will not be recognised. and the wrost is You can't maintain work life balance , completely you have to work , work and work, you don't know when they will call or keep duty roster in whattsup you should be ready. Duties will change daily you can't take week off or it is not given when you needed the most. From my personal experience during covid-19 I have worked single person in whole reception for despatch, Billing, Reports follow up, with any leave or single week off instead of this my hard work was not recognised.

In Lucid.. working culture is good in staff, management support is nice,but no policies like health, insurance,no benifitsis there in lucid

There's no benifitsis in Lucid for staff, employment caring is bad and salary increment promises all they left it completely for staff

Good work environment and culture , Supportive staff and the management is not transparent. Appraisals are not fair but all the employees will receive the salaries on time

The management does not observe the work of the worth employees who works sincerely Always listen to the nonsense
