No work satisfaction. Specially it's lucknow branch Manager Kuldeep Tyagi is one of the worst employee/ senior. HR and other seniors always support him. Products are good but work culture is really uncomfortable

Very poor carrier growth for employees, Highest increment is 12% as per your basic Saturday just official half day not actual Cheap Politics Non sense management members including Director And heavy pressure for collection.. any many work..

teammates depends on how u can easily bond with them,job security is good but growth is very slow. u can develop a skill in the company,seniors can guide any new joinee about the work if he/she found any difficulties in completing

... superiors without using own thought then it will be good company to work in. Pay scale is also very low compared to other company in same industries with same job description
