QAL Head is Dictator just luckily Got this position, He doesn't have any leadership skills. He thinks he is God and whtever he will say is correct. Lots of favourism For selected people. Very biased towards selected people. Do not even think about Promotion because selected 3-4 people will get promoted on regular basis while others working for 10-15 years barely have any chance. He himself is responsible for creating very toxic work culture. Sadly no one raise voice against Him.

...bout hierarchy in company and they join in any designation which is unfair . You will find all level experience people in any designation or salary.

... managers, Top management interested only in their self benefits and facilities. Uneven Salary, Non deserving candidate gets good salary with reference and favoritism. Gender base favoritism (Understand?) . uncontrol Local Management take benefit of ignorance of parent company management.
