Not much to like in this organization, Less educated people's are here because they work in less salary... director of company interfere each and every work, company is completely depends on consultants. Their is no basic facilities, poor company premise and work culture, No respect for talent, No perks and benefits, No team building, For increment you have to be favourable in view director and consultants, unwanted HR policies, HR and admins in silvassa don't have experience and they don't know way of talking,No career growth. Almost nothing to like here, Forgot about your safety. No one here care about your safety.

Salary on time, 3 days one hour early leave, fun-events every month. And friendly Nature, and Managers always ready to help, when we need.

Don't trust on any one verbal-words, get it On mail or text, there's no safety for personal vehicle,

Compensation is very bad... no increments.... No management between director and employees... Company full of consultant...No value of employees... Consultants are God here...No facilities

Compensation is Decent ,but Growth is slow. Some time The work pressure is very high .
