There is no HR involvement in Employee policies, he is there for a name sake. No proper policy and business strategy. No clarity for working employees regarding their benefits. You can't expect career growth in this company, Just learn and Go..Sales is their main moto..but to take a long run in market, company should focus on their marketing strategy and employee Hierarchy.. Compensations also not good..That's why company still in low growth comparatively other industries in this sector.
