There is a lot of politics when it comes to transport between the contractors and the employer.transport organisation is poor,workers spend enough time at the waiting station waiting for transport to their respective worksite.

I like my work becaurse it more innovation to adopts more technology. As am part of a team that make quality of concentrate product that make the company global to the client. Despite that we dont travel but the fact that we are the best,we only travel localy zambia but ythe company same office in australia.

In term of compensation growth the company follow the police of our gorvnment were we have napsa were our compensation been keept. We only work 12 hrs shift for which we havse as the culture working that we cant conplain about its.

The mine has future with the new investment which is a guaranteed of my job security i love the work culture which is flexible i work 4 on and 2 off and i like the management policy on safety is the priority number 1 for Lubambe mine

The work culture at Lubambe is fair the management promotes fatigue management by ensuring over worked employees are provided with some days to rest, with this in place it has brought about having a safety conscious team.

Dislikes

Work pressure is there where by at times i am subjected to work 12 hours instead of 9.36 hours. Appreciation comments do come from my superiors. But when it comes to giving deserving employees some incentives the management would come out and say the company doesn't have money but you would hear they are bringing contractors for the job that can be done by it's labour force.
