Horrible Company. Toxic environment. No growth and no prospect. If you are hard working executive, you will surely be in a pathetic condition. Good company for higher management level who are dream merchant.

I am going to take few moments to share my gratitude towards the Company - LSI. In the year of 2020 at the time of Covid pandemic, after completing of my MBA, I have joined LSI as an Admin Executive. After five months Company has given me opportunity to become the Compliance Officer. After few months Company has given an another opportunity to join the TEV & LIE Department where I can fully utilised my educational qualifications and also gain a lot of new things which will be helpful to grow in career. From the first day onwards, I got a lot to scope to learn new things. All are going so well but unfortunately due to my major health issue I need to take a break from the Company (for the treatment). The phase when I was not present in LSI, I was always missing the work environment, my seniors and colleagues. One fine time came in my life, I have rejoined in the Company in the ASM Department where I am currently working. The day was a memorable day for me. I am always be thankful to each & everyone of the Company, from the joining date onwards all me seniors and colleagues helped me a lot. Special thanks to MD Sir - Raj Sir, Modi Sir, Dhar Sir, Rohit Sir, Akash Sir for their trust on me and their guidance and supports, also thanks to our Kuheli Maam(HR), Bhaveshwari Maam and last but not least thanks to Sanghamitra Maam who referred my resume to LSI in the year of 2020. From joining as an Admin Executive today I am Manager of ASM, all are possible for support, guidance of the Management. I am proud to be a member of the LSI Family.

We get to work on good projects catering to public and private sector clients. Helps in knowledge building and gain good experience. Very good work life balance. Management is accomodative and open for ideas.

Dislikes

Organization structure could be simplified. Currently quite top heavy. HR and leave policy should be modified to match with industry standard.

I am glad I am doing much better job . This is such a toxic company . I know they might delete my comments . But honestly 🤣 from 1996 this company started and i am amazed it cannot expand its business till now. Yes one more thing HR is very rude and doesn't have brains to hire employees for suitable position . So if you join this company you are at your own loss. This company belongs to retire people . It is not for the freshers .
